Berlinale 2015, Fifty Shades of Grey World Premiere

Fifty Shades of Grey, the first installment in the Fifty Shades trilogy, celebrated its movie premiere today, February 11, during the International Film Festival, the Berlinale 2015.

E.L. James, author of the 2011 erotic romance novel and Sam Taylor-Johnson director of the 2015 movie adaption, together with her husband Aaron Taylor-Johnson as well as main actors Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson walked the carpet in front of the Zoo Palast in Berlin.

Roman Chariot Racing, The Legend of Ben Hur

Horse Racing is interesting, but what could we add to make it a bit more interesting? That’s right, a chariot, welcome to Roman Horse Racing. Last Sunday, on a race track in Berlin’s Mariendorf district, 17 competitors showed us an exciting spectacle, fighting against each other to win the 10.000€ trophy.

Chariot racing was the most popular sport in Rome, appealing to all social classes from slaves to the emperor himself.
