The Molecule Man

The Molecule Man is a sculpture, designed by the American artist Jonathan Borofsky. The thirty meters high metal sculpture stands between the Oberbaum- and the Elsen Bridge and was placed there in 1999.

The holes, which cover the three bodies are described as “the molecules of all human beings coming together to create our existence”.

Lone Ranger German Premiere Berlin

The Lone Ranger, once a character in a US radio show back in 1933, now a hero on the big screen. The movie, directed by Gore Verbinski, celebrated its German Premiere in Berlin.

The Lone Ranger himself, Armie Hammer, together with Johnny Depp, Ruth Wilson, Gore Verbinski and producer Jerry Bruckheimer walked the carpet on Friday, July 19th 2013, celebrated by many screaming fans.

US-President Barack Obama in Berlin

The President of the United States, Barack Obama, together with his wife, Michelle and his two girls Sasha and Malia visited Berlin on Wednesday June 19th 2013.

During their stay, the Family stayed at Berlin’s luxury hotel, the Ritz-Carlton and while President Obama was meeting Chancellor Angela Merkel and the President of Germany, Joachim Gauck, his wife and the kids visited different historical locations like the Holocast Memorial or the Checkpoint Charlie.

Their famous plane, the Air Force One, was parked at the military part of the Berlin Tegel Airport, visible for everyone through the windows of Terminal C.

World War Z German Premiere Berlin

World War Z, the apocalyptic horror movie directed by Marc Forster and written by Matthew Michael Carnahan celebrated its German-Premiere today in Berlin.

The Movie tells the story of a zombie pandemic, which spreads across the globe, threatening to destroy humanity itself.

Brad Pitt, of course together with Angelina Jolie (who celebrated her 38th birthday today), and the German-Swiss director Marc Foster walked the carpet through the Sony Center at Potsdamer Platz.
